At first, this app worked flawlessly. Had features that I hadn't thought of. The turn-off feature will definitely give a person peace of mind. But I stopped getting notices & alerts. Forgot password, made new one. Then it said neither (or one) wasn't right. So, called my bank, they reset the app. Uninstalled & re-installed the app 3 times. Discovered the next day that there is an update. Downloaded it & now everything is fine. But it still won't take my credit card issued by the same bank ๐

This app is awful. It has been a bigger problem than help. There is little to no guidance on how to use & set up the app. When I asked my credit union for help they give me a 3x11" pamphlet. The app is far too complicated in how to set restrictions & notifications. Just when I thought it was set up right there I was standing in front of a cashier with a declined card, embarrassed. The option to approve transactions BEFORE decline should exist.

This app was helpful for about 3 days. I set things up... watched the card usage... then it locked me out. I chose to set the app to not allow online payments for safety. I was assured I could turn it on and off as needed. I am now unable to open this app to make any changes. I have uninstalled this 4 times, with no success. I have sent several "feedback" messages when the app tells me it is closing.
